  • Refunds will be given as a store certificate only.
  • Prices listed are based on the last time item was purchased from the wholesaler. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will inform you of price change when you call.  Customer pays for shipping and insurance.
  • All returns must be made within three months of purchase. Your receipt is necessary for us to accept a return.
  • Fibers may not be returned.
  • We reserve the right to reject any item being returned based on its condition.
  • Special orders are not returnable.  Special orders are those not found in the store, the day of order. Deposits for special orders are not returnable.
  • ONLINE SHOPPERS -  If we do not have your item on hand, it may take 4-6 weeks to get the items to you.  We will call you to let you know if we must order your piece from the vendor.
